Beluga is extremely nutritious and tasty. Ideal as an addition to soups, stews and savory snacks. Goes well with salads and vegetable dishes.
Method of preparation:
Boil 500 ml of salted water,add 180 grams of lentils (previously soaked). Cook for approx. 45 min.
