Description:
Ecological bulgur is a kind of porridge obtained from cooked, dried and crushed wheat grains. In addition to rice is the basic component of Middle Eastern diet. We recommend as an addition to casseroles, salads, stuffings and as a component of another course.

Method of preparation:
Take one cup of bulgur and pour 2.5 cup of lightly salted boiling water, ratio of 1:2.5 and cook uncovered about 7 minutes. Then remove from heat, cover and leave to swell.
