Pu rh Cranberry

Pu Erh Cranberry is a maturing tea coming from China. It's one of red teas. The longer the aging process last the greater the health benefits are.

Ingredients:
Pu-erh tea, candied cranberries, sunflower blossom and mallow.

Method of making:
You can brew several times, preferably no longer than 3-5 minutes at a temperature of 95 o C. After this time, separate infusion from the tea leaves.

Drink it after each meal, it is a natural fat burner!
