Ingredients:
rye wholemeal flour type 2000 * ground on a stone mill, water.

Store in a dry and well-ventilated place.
A method of preparing:
Boil sufficient water (3 L Op. Pasta) salted freely. Add a little vegetable fat.
Gradually throw the pasta and cook until the moment when it is sufficiently soft (about 10 min.).
Then let stand off the heat, pour cold water, then drain.
