This is pasta made from healthy, wholemeal flour type 2000 produced from grain flour from controlled organic farms, cultivation without agrochemicals. Goes well with soups or salads. It has nice, ribbon shape, so kids like it as well.
Ingredients:
rye wholemeal flour type 2000 * ground on stone mills, water,
(* produced from grain flour from controlled organic farms, cultivation without agrochemicals)
Store in a dry and well-ventilated place.
A method of preparing:
Boil sufficient water (3 L for one pack of Pasta), salted freely. Add a little vegetable fat.Add pasta gradually and cook until the moment when it is sufficiently soft (about 10 min.). Then leave from the heat, pour cold water, then drain.
