Lecithin is a natural combination of phospholipids, which are important for the body fats complex, which consist of fatty acids and phosphoric acids - essential components of nerve cells (neurons) are a basic building block of cell membranes.

The active substance lecithins includes choline, inositol and unsaturated fatty acids. Choline is used for the production of acetylcholine - a substance responsible for the flow of signals between nerve cells. Vitamin E helps to protect cells against oxidative stress.
