High in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, including alpha-linolenic and linoleic acids. Alpha-linolenic acid helps maintain healthy blood cholesterol levels. Contains vitamin E, which protects cells from oxidative stress.
Ingredients: Cold-pressed flax seed oil (Linum usitassium), antioxidant: mixed tocopherols, vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopherol).
Contains a natural antioxidant and natural vitamin E derived from sunflower oil.
Daily serving (5ml) contains:
Oleic acid (omega-9) 0.9g
Alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3) 2.4g
Vitamin E 6mg (50% RDA*) *NRV - Reference Intake for an average adult (8400 kJ/2000 kcal)
Recommended serving size:
1 teaspoon (5ml) once daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving size. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Shake well before use. Contains natural sediment.
