Three Flowers

The gathered leaves are left to wither, then they are gently dried and steamed. After brewing, the leaves open to create a star with a wreath of three chrysanthemum flowers. The tea forms a unique combination of white tea and flowery sweetness.

Preparation guidelines: Use one piece of tea for 3 dl of water. Bring the water to the boil and then let it cool down to 85°C. Pour and leave it to infuse for 3 min. Sieve and serve. Suitable for three infusions.
