The seed mixture has a high fiber content, which is a very important component of any diet. It improves the daily functions of our digestive system, while increasing the feeling of fullness.
Directions: The product can be consumed after preparation.
To prepare the brew, pour 2-3 tablespoons of the product in a glass of juice or water, leave it for approximately 20 minutes and drink.
When consuming the product, it is recommended to drink large amounts of water – 2 liters of liquids a day.
Recommended intake: 2 times a day (morning and evening, before meals). Not recommended for infants and young children. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients, intestinal cramps and obstruction, abdominal pain of unknown cause, nausea, vomiting.
