APPLE DIETARY FIBRE
Apple dietary fibre is obtained from apple pomace with the use of a method that guarantees its high quality. A high content of natural dietary fibre has a positive effect on the digestive system.
Directions: The fibre intake should be determined individually. Start by consuming 1 teaspoon of the product per day (approx. 3.5g) and gradually increase it, until you reach the desired result. It is not recommended to exceed 5 teaspoons (20g) per day.

The product should be mixed with water, other beverages or yoghurt, and taken with an additional portion of water. The product should not be consumed without water. Apple dietary fibre can be also added to soups, sauces, muesli, as well as smoothies.

Not recommended for infants and young children. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients, intestinal cramps and obstruction, abdominal pain of unknown cause, nausea, vomiting.
