This seemingly unobtrusive, yet exceptionally healthy plant is native to the Mediterranean region. The remarkable Plantago psyllium should find a place in every kitchen. It is an annual plant with a sparsely branched stem that grows in the Mediterranean region. The fruit of Plantago psyllium are seeds that develop gelatinous coating when exposed to water.

Directions: The product can be consumed after preparation.
To prepare the brew, pour 2-3 tablespoons of Plantago psyllium in a glass of juice or water, leave it for approximately 20 minutes and drink. When consuming the product, it is recommended to drink large amounts of water – 2 liters of liquids a day. Can be mixed with Plantago ovata in the proportions of 80% Plantago psyllium, 20% Plantago ovata. Recommended intake: 2 times a day (morning and evening).

Not recommended for infants and young children. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to Plantago psyllium, intestinal cramps and obstruction, abdominal pain of unknown cause, nausea, vomiting.
