The daily dose of 0.85 g contains (nutrient reference value%):
Magnesium citrate - 850 mg,
including: magnesium - 135 mg (36%).

HOW TO USE
1. Pour 1 serving (1 level scoop) into a dry container.
2. Add 200 ml of water or other drink and mix.
Note - the order of preparation should be followed to thoroughly dissolve the powder. Consume once a day with a meal. Shake the container vigorously before consumption.
