Elderflower 50g - KAWON (Sambuci flos)
Description: Infusion of elder flower is used for colds with increased temperature as a diaphoretic and diuretic.
How to prepare a brew: 1 spoonful (3.0g) flowers pour 1 cup (200 mL) boiling water, infuse, covered, for 5-10 minutes. Drink 1-2 glasses of possibly hot, brew to 3 times per day.
