Tea comes from the same bushes as Sencha. Produced from the larger, harder, thicker leaves with soft stems and stalks left after harvest of Sencha. Thicker leaves contain less caffeine and tannin, which gives a weaker brew perfectly suitable for children and the elderly. Drink after a meal or cold as a refreshing drink.
