Bancha Japan Style100g
Tea comes from the same bushes as Sencha. Produced from the larger, harder, thicker leaves with soft stems and stalks left after harvest of Sencha. Thicker leaves contain less caffeine and tannin, which gives a weaker brew perfectly suitable for children and the elderly. Drink after a meal or cold as a refreshing drink.

Taste:
Bancha has a slightly tart but mild flavor and a sweet-herbal aroma. It is less sweet, than Senecha.

Brewing method:
1 teaspoon of tea infuse with warm water at a temperature of about 65-80 °C. Brew a few minutes (2-4 depending on your preference). You can infuse up to 3 times.

Hot Lemonade-delicious tea for cold and flu
* 2 cups of water
* Juice of one lemon
* 3 slices of fresh ginger
* 2 teaspoons of honey
* 1/4 teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
* 2 teaspoons of green tea
Pour water into a medium-sized pot, bring to a boil. Wait for about 4 minutes, until water temperature drops to 65-80°c add other ingredients *. After approx. 2 minutes Strain and drink almost immediately.
* If you choose a real raw honey, add all ingredients except honey, wait until water temperature drops to about 38°c, than add honey and enjoy a subtle hint of wonderful, healthy tea.
