Organic wheat grass available in powder form is a valuable nutritious food, obtained from the young shoots of wheat. Wheat grass is grown in the system of organic agriculture in uncontaminated areas of farmland. Seeds are planted in the autumn and within a few months of development acquire valuable minerals from fertile soil. Wheat grass is a rich source of fiber and wholesome vegetable protein. It includes the natural green pigment chlorophyll.
RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION
From 5 to 10 g (1-2 teaspoons) per day. With wheatgrass juice can prepare nutritious pouring cool water, or add powder to smoothies, vegetable juices and salads.
