Huang Da Cha 100g
Yellow teas history in China dates back more than 400 years. The most famous of yellow teas - Huang Da Cha - is produced in Huo Shan, Jinzai and Lu'an, Anhui Province. It is characterized by elongated, coiled, brown-yellow-leaved kind. It is produced using traditional processes, through which it has hundereds distinct flavor roasted nut-like taste of coffee or chocolate. Taste and smell are also similar to the calcined rice. Leaves can brew several times.
HOW TO BREW:
Take one teaspoon of tea, pour hot water at the temperature approx. 80-90 degrees (you have to wait approx. 7 min. after boiling water), brew 7-10min. After this time, leaves drain off of the infusion. The same leaves can be brewed several times, but remember that every time you increase the brewing time approx. 30 sec.
