Hot Desert 100g
Ingredients:
Black tea, lemon slices, lemon grass, natural flavouring, ginger, white peppercorns, cactus flowers, red peppercorns, sandalwood, aloe leaves, thistle flowers. May contain traces of nuts.
Ceylon tea grown in Sri Lanka. It is a black tea, fully fermented.
The best of its harvest time is February, March, August and September.
Ceylon Tea has a full, distinctive flavor and reddish-brown color.
This kind of tea is most similar to what Europe and America in general has been known as a tea.
Method for brewing:
Brew with water at a temperature of 96°C for 2-3 minutes. Preferably use spring water or filtered.
1 teaspoon (about 3 g) per cup.
Good to Know:
3-4 minutes afrer boiling, water reaches temperature of 90 °C, and 12 minutes after boiling of 75 ° C.
