The product has been enriched with the patented and the only fourth generation folate Quatrefolic® (6S) -5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine)

Ingredients: Choline, Pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), Thiamine (thiamine hydrochloride), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), Niacin (nicotinic acid), Inositol, p-aminobenzoic acid (PABA) , bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), Folate (6S) -5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine, Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), Biotin (D-biotin), glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose.

Prolonged intake of vitamin B6 in a dose above 10 mg may cause a mild sensation of tingling and numbness.

The recommended daily intake needed to obtain the beneficial effects of the product: 1 capsule once a day during a meal. Do not exceed the recommended dose for consumption during the day.
